Industrial Engineer with a strong academic background and extensive management experience in family-owned companies operating across the Balkans and Western Europe. Selman Iris began his professional career in 2012 by joining his family-owned company in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he was actively involved in managing daily business operations and regional activities. He lived and worked in Bosnia and Herzegovina for three years, gaining hands-on experience in operations, sales coordination, and market development. In 2015, he relocated to Pristina, Kosovo, to continue his managerial responsibilities within the group’s expanding business structure. Since then, he has been serving as an executive manager in companies focused on sales, distribution, and marketing, operating across the Balkans and Western Europe. In this role, he is responsible for regional business development, sales strategy implementation, operational management, and market expansion, while overseeing multi-country operations and working closely with international partners. His responsibilities within the family companies continue to this day.He is deeply grateful to International Burch University (IBU) for the strong academic foundation, critical thinking skills, and international perspective that significantly contributed to his professional development and career growth.
