Benazira Salihi Berisha completed her high school education in Economics at Arseni Jovkov in Skopje, building an early foundation in business and economic studies. She later continued her higher education at International Balkan University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations between 2009 and 2013. Her academic journey reflects her continued commitment to personal and professional development, as she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Professional Orientation and Career Counseling, which she began in 2023.
Her career at International Balkan University started in 2017, when she joined the Student Affairs Office, was appointed Head of the Student Affairs Office in 2020. During her time in this role, she contributed to the administration and support of student services, helping strengthen communication and institutional processes. In 2025, she also briefly served as Head of the Archive & Alumni Center, further expanding her experience in university administration and organizational management.
At present, she is serving as the General Manager at Piramida Center, a position she has held for nearly one year. This role marks another important step in her professional path, highlighting her managerial abilities, administrative experience, and commitment to growth and leadership.
