Her career journey began at the university’s Project and Research Office, where she worked on various academic and institutional initiatives, gaining valuable experience in project management and research development.
Building on this foundation, she advanced into a leadership-support role, taking on the position of Assistant to the Rector. In this capacity, she contributed to the coordination of institutional activities, strategic planning, and administrative decision-making processes, showcasing both her legal knowledge and her organizational skills.
