Today, she serves as an Assistant Professor at IBU, actively engaged in teaching, scientific research, and curriculum development. Her academic work focuses on digital innovation, organizational management, and international economic dynamics. Alongside her academic responsibilities, she also contributes to the institutional development of the university as the Career Center Coordinator, supporting student engagement, internship opportunities, career readiness, and collaboration with industry partners.
