Her journey at International Balkan University began as a student at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in the department of Banking and Finance.
After completing her degree with outstanding results, she pursued a Master’s in International Economic Relations while also working as a student demonstrator in several courses.
Over the years, she worked as student adviser, to internship coordinator and eventually secretary of the Faculty Council, successfully completing numerous administrative responsibilities within the faculty.
In addition to her administrative work, she has been active in academic research, publishing papers in areas such as banking, international trade, and the circular economy, and regularly participating in academic conferences.
Working closely with her professors at IBU played a crucial role in shaping her development,from a motivated student to a confident assistant and lecturer, making each experience an important step of her career.
Today, she is pursuing her PhD in Economics while continuing to contribute to lecturing, organization of the faculty councils, various administrative duties, and academic research.
With each new role, she continues to expand her expertise and shape a career defined by excellence, integrity, and ambition.
